HEAVY DUTY FUNCTIONAL COATINGS
Electrical Properties: Some of our coatings and linings are excellent insulator. They can be used extensively in potting (protecting the joints in power cables) and other encapsulating applications, where electrical isolation is important.
Resistant To Oil, Grease, And Chemicals: While rubbers and plastics show excellent resistance to certain solvents, oils and chemicals, our chemical resistant coatings will resist a much wider range of substances.
Radiation Resistant: Polyurethanes are considered to have the best resistance to gamma ray radiation. After exposure, our products retains virtually all of their original flexibility and toughness.
Noise Reduction Capacity: Some of our products are ideal for sound-deadening and anti-vibration applications. Depending on its thickness, these coatings will substantially reduce noise and vibration because of its flexibility and extreme resilience.
Repair and Rebuild: We also supply a wide range of concrete repair materials to restore badly damaged or eroded cementitious surfaces to rebuild and seal surfaces to their original profile.
NUKOTE AL® HIGH PERFORMANCE ALIPHATIC POLYUREA
NUKOTE AL® is a multipurpose high performance aliphatic polyurea designed and developed to perform well for anticorrosion and waterproofing applications on steel, concrete, and many other substrates requiring high degree of UV and color stability.
This coating is extremely color stable and displays excellent UV weathering characteristics, chemical resistance, high abrasion resistance, and gloss retention property.
It is a two-component, 100% solids, pure polyurea that significantly reduces the moisture problems that commonly cause pin holing and blistering in most polyurethane, polyurethane-hybrid and other organic coating systems.
Nukote AL has very good moisture permeation resistance and performs as an excellent barrier coating.
NUKOTE CG® MODIFIED HYBRID POLYUREA
NUKOTE CG® is a modified high performance polyurea hybrid designed and developed to perform well for anticorrosion and waterproofing applications on steel, concrete, and many other substrates.
It is a two-component, 100% solids, fast set aromatic product and forms a hard and tough film with excellent resiliency.
This aromatic elastomer displays good chemical resistance, outdoor durability, thermal stability, and abrasion resistance.
The product has good moisture permeation resistance compared to polyurethanes and suitable as a protective liner in many applications.
TEMABOND ST 300 HIGH SOLIDS EPOXY MASTIC
Temabond ST 300 surface-tolerant high-solids epoxy paint forms a very tight film with good chemical and abrasion resistance.
Temabond ST 300 withstands immersion in water and can therefore be used e.g. on steel structures immersed in water or buried in soil.
The product can also be used for painting hydro-power stations. As a CE-marked product, Temabond ST 300 is suitable for concrete surfaces.
Temabond ST 300 penetrates rust and adheres to the underlying steel surface, effectively preventing further corrosion and has a very good adhesion even to hand-prepared steel.
NOXYDE® ELASTOMERIC ACRYLIC COATING
Ultra rugged protection in aggressive environments offering ultimate corrosion protection – 15 years in the highest corrosion class C5-M.
Water-based formula provides one-coat coverage and flexible durability on new or minimally prepared steel, metals and concrete.

META PRIME SELF HEALING EPOXY PRIMER
META Prime utilizes patented, self-healing technology to extend coating life on surfaces subject to damage.
It is an epoxy primer designed to maintain adhesion and prevent rust creep after the coating is damaged.
When the surface is damaged, META Prime releases a healing agent that cures to regenerate protection to the coated surface.
Minimize repaints and avoids constant touch up.

CORR CONTROL 100 CORROSION CONTROL URETHANE
One component, moisture cured polyurethane aluminum coating has excellent adhesion to sound rusty steel and other marginal or poorly prepared surfaces.
Low viscosity, high “wetting” coating undergoes a rapid molecular weight change as it polymerizes into a high molecular weight finish which provides excellent corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance.
Resistance to creeping, undercutting, and blistering is superior to epoxy primers.
Passed 1,200 hours in salt fog test.

532 HEATSIL 500 HEAT RESISTANT COATING
Single component solvent free moisture cured silicone material which cures at ambient temperature to give a corrosion and heat resistant surface.
The material is designed to be spray applied and will resist temperatures of up to 500 ̊C.
Typical application to hot pipework, process vessels and tanks etc, to protect against corrosion and corrosion under insulation (CUI).
RESIMAC 511 UCEN CHEMICAL RESISTANT COATING
Our chemical containment coatings offer outstanding chemical resistance to a wide range of industrial chemicals including full concentration chemicals based on the latest solvent free epoxy, epoxy novolac, silicone, and polyurethane technology.
Our coatings are suitable for application to metallic and primed concrete surfaces and are capable of protection at elevated temperatures for continuous immersion in acids and industrial chemicals.

Q2® RUST CONVERSION COATING
Q2 surface conditioner and primer converts rust into a protective polymeric coating.
